About Amrutadi Guggul

Amrutadi Guggulu, a polyherbal traditional Ayurvedic medicine, is a laxative and blood purifier that balances out-of-control vata. It is primarily indicated for Vata Rakta, a Vata vyadhi also known as gouty arthritis.

Ingredients of Amrutadi Guggul

In addition to triphala, Amrutadi Guggulu’s two main ingredients are guggul and giloy, also known as amrita.

  • Commiphora wightii, or Suddha Guggulu
  • Tinospora cordifolia, also known as Amrita (Giloy)
  • Emblica officinalis, also called amla (Amalaki),
  • Terminalia bellirica is known as Bibhitaki.
  • Terminalia chebula, or “Haritaki,”
  • Baliospermum montanum is known as Danti Mool.
  • Pepper nirum (black pepper)
  • Zingiber officinale, or ginger
  • Pepper longum, also known as pipali,
