The discharge of leucorrhoea is yellow, thick, transparent, acrid and excoriating. It is very profuse and ropy, running down to the heels, more in day time and greatly exhausting with burning sensation in genitalia. This burning sensation is better by cold bathing.

Alumina is suited to constitutionally chilly patient.

The leucorrhoea of Kreosotum is very characteristic. The discharge is very acrid, yellowish, very offensive and excoriates the parts which it touches.

Leucorrhoea has the odor of green corn.

It stains the linen yellow. Leucorrhoea before and after menses, especially when standing, hardly when sitting or lying down.

The leucorrhoea of Sep. is yellowish green or milky and somewhat offensive. Leucorrhoea worse before the menses and is accompanied by bearing down sensation.

Bearing down pains is very important symptom of Sep. The patient feels as if everything would come out of the vagina. She has to cross her limbs to prevent it.

Leucorrhoea with stitches in uterus and great itching in vagina and vulva.

Leucorrhoea worse after coition.

LILIUM TIGRINUM 6, 30

Abundant excoriating, watery, yellowish or yellowish- brown leucorrhoea accompanied by bearing down in uterine region, like a lead and trying to force their way through the vagina (Sep. Murex). The patient has to put her hand on the vagina or to sit down to prevent organs from coming out.

Watery, greenish or thick, bloody leucorrhoea, only in day time.

Weak, gone feeling in stomach.

Violent sexual excitement, produced by the least contact of the parts.

The more the leucorrhoea the more happier the patient is.

There will be bearing down sensation as if the internal organs would be pushed out and she must sit down and cross the limbs in order to resist pressure.

Tenacious, viscid, thick, yellow, profuse and debilitating leucorrhea. It is offensive acrid and excoriating.

Burning pain in vagina with soreness.

Leucorrhoea with intense backache and constipation.

Yellow, ropy, stringy leucorrhoea, can be drawn out in long strings (Hydrastis).
