(Discharge from the ears)

PULSATILLA 6, 30

Puls. is most useful remedy ear affections. The ear swollen, red and hot.

Darting, tearing, pulsating pain.

Middle ear is inflamed.

Discharge is bland, thick, yellowish green.

Pain worse at night. Better from cold compress and open air.

HEPAR SULPH. 30

Hep. Sul. also, is a very good remedy for Otorrhea. There is a great soreness and sensitiveness to touch.

Darting pain in the ears.

Discharge of pus from the ears which is sometimes bloody, fetid.

CALC. CARB. 6, 30

Shooting, pulsating, beating pain and heat in the ear.

Internal and external inflammation and swelling of the ear.

Prudent discharge from the ears.

Inner and outer ear swollen, red, sore, itching, hot.

Excoriating discharge from ears.

Useful in chronic Otorrhea.

Discharge is thick, offensive and mixed with blood.

Otorrhea after scarlet fever.

Otorrhea following exanthemata’s diseases—measles or scarlet fever.

Merc Sol. is very valuable in suppurative middle ear discharges, with swelling of parotid glands and offensive breath.

Hardness of hearing due to swollen tonsils.

Thick, yellow, fetid and bloody discharge from ears.

Ears, teeth and face ache.

Symptoms worse at night.

GRAPHITES 6, 12, 30

Discharge from ears—bloody, thick or thin watery, offensive, gluey, sticky, honey colored.

KALI BICHROMICUM 6, 30

Inflammation of middle ear.

Thick, yellow, stringy, fetid discharge.

Stinging, sharp pain in the ear, especially the left ear.

Parotid glands swollen.

Neck painful to touch.

Catarrhal deafness; Swollen eustachian tubes.

Yellow matter; watery, sticky, offensive discharge from inflamed ear.

LYCOPODIUM 30

Purulent ichorous Otorrhea, with impaired hearing.

Polypus of ears. Thick, yellow, offensive discharge and deafness.

Otorrhea and deafness with or without tinnitus.

Otorrhea after Scarlatina.

Discharge of pus and blood from the ears. Maxillary glands swollen.

Chronic Otorrhea.

Most fetid pus from the ears.

ARSENIC ALBUM 6, 30

Otorrhea. Thin, profuse, excoriating, foul discharge accompanied by burning and itching.

Red, burning pustules, which turn into painful ulcers.

SILICEA 30

Pus is thin and offensive and often mixed with blood. Sil. has cured many cases of Otorrhea following mastoid abscesses. There may be particles of bone in the discharge.
