Drakshasav is a self-made alcohol preparation that is used to treat a variety of illnesses. It is traditionally prescribed for conditions like Shoka, arochak, guda keelak, Krimi, raktapitta, gulma, pandu, Kshata, granthi, and javara among others because of its ability to promote good and healthy functioning.

Dosage:
- 15–25 ml, after meals once or twice a day, or as prescribed by an ayurvedic physician.
