DOSAGE

1. Capsules of ashwagandha: Take 1 capsule after each meal, twice daily, with a glass of water.
2. Taking two curcumin capsules with a glass of water after meals is recommended.

7. After a meal, take two tablets of Yograj Guggul twice daily with a glass of water.
