DOSAGE

1. Arjuna capsules: Two capsules with a glass of water, twice daily, following a meal.
2. Vatsakadi churna – 1 tsp. twice daily with plain water after meals or you can boil the powder – 1 teaspoonful in 400 ml water – keep it boiling until there is only 50 ml left, strain it, and drink the water. Do it twice daily. Make fresh each time.
3. After a meal, take 1 cap of Pitta Balance twice daily with a glass of plain water.
4. Twice daily, take 2 tabs of Kutajaghanavati with a glass of water.
