• Iron phosphoricum, 3x
• 3x Kalium Sulfurum
• 3x Magnesium Phosphoric Acid
• 3x of natrum sulphuricum

Indications of SBL Bio Combination 19

• aches and stiffness in the muscles and joints, along with fever and inflammatory symptoms
• stiff shoulders, a stiff neck, and twitching, shifting movements
• sciatica, back pain, and cramps.

Action of Biochemic medicine in SBL Bio Combination 19

Ferrum phosphoricum – 3x Stiffness with pain in shoulder; pains extend to chest and wrist. Palms hot. Hands swollen and painful, Stiff neck.: Ferrum phosphoricum: 3x Neck stiffness, pain in shoulder that radiates to the chest and wrist, palms that are hot, hands that are painfully swollen, and palms that are hot.

Kalium sulphuricum – 3x Heaviness of lower limbs. Itching of the skin. Jerking of the limbs. Numbness of hands, lower limbs and feet. Pain in the limbs during chill. Stiffening pains in limbs. Cramps in muscles. Drawing in knees and legs.: Kalium sulphuricum – 3x Lower limb heaviness, skin itchiness, limb jerking, numbness in the hands, feet, and lower limbs, pain during cold weather, stiffening pains in the limbs, muscle cramps, and drawing in the knees and legs.

Magnesia phosphorica – 3x Weakness in arms and hands, finger-tips stiff and numb. General muscular weakness. Cramps in calves. Sciatica, feet very tender. Darting pains.: Magnesium phosphorica – 3x Generalized weakness, cramps in the calves, sciatica, very tender feet, and darting pains. Weakness in the arms, hands, and fingers.

Dosage of SBL Bio Combination 19

Four tablets per day for adults, or four times every three hours.

Kids: 1–2 tablets, 4 times daily.
