3. Meniere’s disease :-People experience abrupt onset of severe vertigo, fluctuating hearing loss, and symptom-free periods, which are made up of a triad of symptoms: episodes of ringing in the ears, hearing loss, and vertigo.

4. Acoustic neuroma :-Hearing loss and one-sided ringing in the ear are two symptoms of the vertigo-causing tumor type.

5.Decreased blood flow to the base of the brain : –Vertigo, headache, trouble walking, and the inability to look in the direction of the bleeding are the symptoms of bleeding into the cerebellum (cerebellar hemorrhage), which also makes it difficult for the person to look in that direction.

SYMPTOMS OF VERTIGO

  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Sweating
  • Abnormal eye movements

It is crucial to inform the doctor about any recent head trauma or whiplash injury, as well as any new medications the patient is taking. Symptoms can last anywhere from minutes to hours, and they can be continuous or episodic. The onset may be due to a movement or change in position.
