Ingredients:

Each of the ingredients listed above—Amla (Emblica officinalis), Bahera (Terminalia bellerica), Kali marich (Piper nigrum), Chavya (Piper chaba), Dhania (Coriandrum sativum), Shavet jirak (Cuminum cyminum), and Saindhav lavan (Rock salt)—contains 16.66 mg.

Dravya Bhavanarth:

Go dugdha, (Q.S. for mardana) cow’s milk.

Caution:

To be consumed only with a doctor’s approval.

Dosage:

One to two tablets should be taken with water twice a day, or as prescribed by a doctor.
