12 times 6% v/v of graphites, 10 times 6% v/v of kali acetate, 8 times 6% v/v of borax, 12 times 6% v/v of sulfur, and 20 percent v/v (approx) of ethanol.

Dosage 10-20 drops of Fourrts Douglas to be diluted in 30ml of water. To be taken 3 to 4 times daily or as directed by physician.: Thirty milliliters of water should be diluted with 10 to 20 drops of Fourrts Douglas before taking it.
