Cactus G 2x: Palpitations, chest tightness, and pain shooting down the left arm are all present, as well as a spasmodic cough.

Aconite 2x: Attacks that come on suddenly and violently, pains in the left shoulder and chest that stitch together, palpitations accompanied by anxiety, dizziness, and tingling in the fingers, full, hard, bounding, and quickening pulses are all symptoms of heart problems.

Cratageus 2x: Extreme exhaustion, weak heartbeat, accelerated heartbeat, irregular, feeble, intermittent heartbeat, and extremely weak heart action.

Apocynum 3x: A decreased pulse frequency is one of the first signs of irregular cardiac action.

Digitalis 3x: Tired, erratic, with slow and feeble pulse, inequity of pulse; it varies. Frequent heart stiches. Very slow pulse. Intermits; weak.
