3. A MANDOOR IN PUNARNAVA

Punarnava, also known as Boerrhavia diffusa, is an herb that promotes healthy cell growth and function*. Its name, which translates to “everlasting youth” in Hindi, comes from the herb.

4. POWDER FROM WHEAT GREEN

Young wheat plants (Triticum aestivum) produce wheat grass, a nutritious plant that thrives in temperate climates and is a good source of vitamins and minerals.

As a blood pigment found in RBCs, hemoglobin is structurally similar to the chlorophyll content of wheat grass leaves.

DOSAGE

1. After meals, take 2 tablets of Chandraprabha Vati twice daily with a glass of water.
2. Two tablets of Aarogyavardhini Vati should be taken after meals, twice daily with a glass of water.
3. Two Punarnava Mandoor tablets should be taken after meals, twice daily, with only water.
4. Two times per day, add one tea spoon of wheat grass powder to a glass of water.
