Use and dosage
- After meals, preferably with milk, take 1-2 teaspoons of brahmi chyawanprash daily.
- Take 1-2 teaspoons of Immuno Plan Syru twice daily, or as directed by an ayurvedic doctor.
- Saffron Almond Body Butter: For best results, use twice daily and gently massage the body with this calming body butter cream.
