Calendula Officinalis (Dilution): Causes & Symptoms of SBL

It helps with the granulation process and early healing with a tendency to formation of flesh, therefore being useful in Keloids and hearing problems that arise due to formation of flesh during the healing process. It is useful in lacerations and injuries that cause pains that are excessive and out of proportion to the injury. Pains are violent and typically injuries that occur after blow, fall, operations, burns, with formation of abscess.

Mind: Irritability in children, which is accompanied by yelling and twitching of the muscles. Generalized weakness with mental, physical, and emotional exhaustion. Fear with a feeling as if something bad is about to happen that makes the patient restless.

Head: Painful glands on the right side of the neck, lacerated scalp wounds, headaches that are mostly in the occiput, and heat waves and pressure on the forehead when lying down.

A nose, an ear, and eyes

Eyes: Inflammation and redness of the eye white, along with dryness and pain on the lid margins, discharge from the eyes, and biting pains in the eyes are all symptoms of eye surgery. Calendula is helpful because it reduces pain complaints, prevents the formation of pus, and speeds up healing.

Ear: Calendula is helpful for complaints of hearing loss that are brought on by flesh in the ear, which is the flesh that is left over after any injury has healed, as well as ear infections with discharges that cause loss of hearing and make it difficult to tell where the sound is coming from.

Nose: Coryza with sneezing, which leads to congestion and difficulty breathing, and a feeling of a swollen nose that spreads from side to side.

Face and mouth: Puffy, swollen under the eyes, small vesicles on the corners of the mouth, a dry, chapped tongue, burns on the lips. Calendula is used following dental procedures, tooth extractions, and gum lacerations to aid in the healing process. Violent toothaches are also sometimes present.

Throat: Submaxillary glands are swollen, the throat feels tighter when swallowing, and the pain radiates to the lower jaw.

Stomach and Abdomen: Nausea feeling with constant pressure in the chest associated with vomiting, chronic vomiting that occurs in cold weather with distension of the stomach, hunger right away following nursing, constant soreness of abdomen with pain in the left iliac region, frequent mucous stools, excoriating anus with constipation that requires straining, flatulence, and passes no stool, thirstless, aversion to drinking as it causes shaking and shivering chills after drinking water, and thirst after

Urinary organs: Burning when urinating, frequent urination with clear urine, offensive urine, difficult urination due to chill.

Extremities: Injuries that result in ulcers and discharge from feet with pains, calendula helps in healing it. Violent tearing pains in hands, feet, and calf muscles; tired and weary feeling in the limbs; coldness in the hands and feet; and pain that is made worse while sitting.

Skin: Helpful for skin issues that result in yellow discoloration of the skin, such as keloids, complaints of jaundice, thickened skin after healing, and skin complaints with yellow discharges.

Female complaints include genital inflammation with lacerated hymen after coitus, offensive vaginal discharge that causes itching, and excoriation of prepuce, private parts that is aggravated after coitus. Calendula is useful in helping women who have had cesarean sections or after deliveries to speed healing.
