About Panchsakar Churna
Senna leaves, haritaki, adrak, saunf, and sendha namak are the five powdered ingredients that are used to prepare this Ayurvedic formulation, which is used to treat constipation, piles, and other abdominal diseases. Panchsakar Churna is an herbal Ayurvedic medicine mentioned in the Ayurveda Sarsangraha.
Senna, Harad, Saunf have the ability to soften stool, which helps to deal with constipation; Ginger improves bile flow and appetite; Rock salt increases appetite; and all five ingredients are well known for managing digestive weakness, constipation, low appetite, and associated health issues that occur due to impaired digestion and accumulation of toxins in the body. Since the medication has laxative and purgative properties, an overdose of it can cause loose motion. As it contains salt, it can cause diarrhea

Dosage of Panchsakar Churna
1 to 2 grams are administered once or twice daily, before or after food, with warm water or milk, or as prescribed by your doctor.
