Ayurveda’s Ras Aushadhi is Anand Bhairav Ras.
In Ayurveda, mercury is referred to as Rasa, and medications made with purified forms of the metal—such as bhasma, sulphur, and mercury—are referred to as Ras aushadhi, or “Mercurial Preparations.”
A heavy metal that is liquid at room temperature is mercury, also known as para, parad, and rasa.
According to traditional Ayurvedic texts, it is only used in ayurveda after a thorough detoxification.
Due to its potent medicinal qualities, which include balancing Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, parad is a common ingredient in medicines.
Fast acting and nourishing for the entire body, ras aushadhi (medicine containing parad) also has tonic, aphrodisiac, rejuvenative, anti-aging, wound-healing, and antimicrobial effects.
As a result of the parad’s Yogvahi property, adding mercury to other medicinal ingredients improves the effectiveness of the treatment.

It is recommended to take 1 tablet of Anand Bhairav Ras (Jwar) in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening with honey for fevers caused by any cause.
Three times a day, ginger juice and honey are added to it for high temperatures.
Additionally, it shows promise against cough, coryza, and diarrhea.

This product should only be used under the strict supervision of a doctor because it contains heavy metals.
Overdosing unintentionally could have toxic effects.
It should not be used on children or while nursing a baby.
Gastritis may become more severe when taking a high dose.
Due to the salt in this medication, people with high blood pressure should use caution when taking it.
Children should not be allowed access to it.
