About Kankasava

Kanakasava is a liquid Ayurvedic medicine that is frequently used to treat conditions like Asthma, chest infections, chronic cough, chronic fevers, and bleeding disorders, among others. It contains 5–10% self-generated alcohol, which, along with the water in the product, serves as a vehicle for the body to absorb active herbal ingredients that are soluble in both water and alcohol.
