About Shothari lauh

Shothari lauh is a tablet-based Ayurvedic medicine that is used to treat inflammatory conditions. It contains Trikatu, Jawakhar, and Lauha bhasma, which are excellent Ayurvedic formulations for treating digestive weakness and poor nutrient absorption.

• This medication improves digestion and nutrient absorption while raising hemoglobin levels.

Dosage

• Before or after eating, take one or two tablets, ranging from 125 mg to 250 mg, as needed, or as prescribed by an ayurvedic physician.
• In the past, doctors would also recommend the triphala decoction in addition to this medication.
