Dosage of Bio-India’s Urtica Urens

Apply the Urtica Urens cream/gel from Bio-India twice daily to a clean, affected area unless otherwise directed.

For quick relief and better results, it is advised to take 20 drops of the Urtica Urens Mother Tincture from Bio-India three to four times daily in a half glass of water.
