Action of ingredients:

• Hydrastis canadensis: Right eustachian tube catarrh and sinusitis with a high voice.
• Kali bichromicum: Frontal sinuses are also affected, causing pain and swelling at the base of the nose.
• Pulsatilla nigricans: Coryza; right nostril obstruction and pressing pain at root of nose. Frontal and supra-orbital pains.
