Purification of Mukta Sukti Pishti (Pearl Oyster Shell):

The Mukta Sukti Pishti (pearl oyster shell) is immersed in buttermilk for three days, with the buttermilk being changed each day. The uncovered container should be exposed to sunlight during the day. After the three days, the pearl oyster shell is washed with warm water and the black portion on the back of the shell is removed with a knife or other suitable tool.

Uses:

• It has antitussive, anti-arthritic, antihistaminic, anti-inflammatory, and antiarrhythmic properties.
• Anorexia nervosa, appetite loss, cough, calcium deficiency, osteoporosis, osteopenia, heartburn, sour taste in the mouth, dyspepsia (indigestion), abdominal pain, and liver pain are all helped by it.

Mukta Sukti Pishti’s indication:

Its sweet and pungent flavor enhances digestion ability and has a calming effect on the stomach, treating heart diseases, abdominal pain, gastritis, diarrhea, acid peptic disorders, toxic condition, and spleen related diseases.
