Uses of Panchsakar Churna: USE OF HERBS

Saindhav lavan	Panchsakar Churna improves digestion strength. It acts as an aphrodisiac.
Harad	Panchsakar Churna is naturally detoxifying. It relieves inflammation, useful in skin diseases & improves digestion strength.Haritaki helps to ease bowel movement, one of the complications in hemorrhoids. It helps in reducing the pile mass and reducing/stopping the bleeding.
Shunthi	This extremely useful herb is used to relieve patients suffering from dyspepsia, flatulence, vomiting, spasms, colic and other stomach problems.Asthma. It can also be used to avoid diseases like Asthma, and can also be used to cure it. It works as an expectorant and releases phlegm and Lungs. It gives a warm relief in cold and cough. Sunthi is a good remedy for people affected with Bronchitis. Sunthi improves problems related to Indigestion. It removes toxins from the body, by relaxing the Intestinal Tract. Ginger Tea in the case of Appetite loss, excessive gas and flatulence are quite helpful.
Saunf	It is useful in Gastritis, Indigestion, Excessive thirst, Nausea and vomiting, Loss of appetite Flatulence, and Intestinal gas.Saunf can help in improving eyesight and prevents vision loss. Fennel seeds reduce ocular pressure or eye pressure. It is a good remedy for preventing glaucoma
Senna patra	Senna is most commonly used as a laxative.

The mild laxative and appetite stimulant Panchsakar Churna.

Although this medication has no side effects, a higher dosage may cause diarrhea.

3 to 6 gm with lukewarm water before bedtime, or as prescribed by a doctor.
