.Preparation Method:

Small pieces of haritala are placed on sheets of abhraka (mica), which are then covered with another sheet of abhraka. This abhraka samputa, which contains talaka, is kept in a moderate fire until it melts and changes color to manikya (red).

Caution:

To be consumed only with a doctor’s approval.

Dosage:

To be taken twice daily with water, between 125 and 250 mg, or as prescribed by a doctor.
