Along with Mahatriphala Ghrit, it can be used as an aphrodisiac to treat symptoms such as oedema, hyperacidity, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and fever.

Ingredients of Saptamrit Loh: Mulethi (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Harad (Terminalia chebula), Bahera (Terminalia bellerica), Amla (Emblica officinalis), each of which is present in a dosage of 41.66 mg, and Lauh bhasma (Calcined iron), which is present in a dosage of 83.32 mg, are all present in each 250 mg.

Go ghrit, honey, says Bhavanarth Dravyas (for mardana).

Caution: To be consumed only with a doctor’s approval.

Dosage: 250 mg to 500 mg should be taken twice daily with water, honey, ghrita, or as prescribed by a doctor, mixed with an equal amount of sugar candy.
