1. After meals, take 1 capsule of Pitta Balance twice daily with a glass of water.
2. After meals, take 2 tablets of Bandhanghan Vati twice daily with a glass of water.
3. Take 1 capsule of Mimosa-Di twice daily, after meals, with a glass of water.
4. Take 1 capsule of Coolstrin-C twice daily after meals with a glass of water.
5. Take 1 teaspoon of belgiri powder after meals, twice daily, with plain water.
6. Twice daily, after meals, take 1 chewable tablet of Praval Panchamrit.
