• Sonth (10 gm) (Zingiber officinale)
• 10 grams of black pepper
• Piper longum, a long pepper, 10 gm
• Amla (10 grams) (Phyllanthus emblica
• Haritaki, also known as Terminalia chebula, 10 gm
• Vibhitaki (10 gm), also known as bellirica.
• Musta (10 gm, Cyperus rotundus)
• Vidanga, 10 grams of (Embelia ribes)
• Plumbago zeylanica, Chitraka, 10 gm
• Kalmegh, a 10 gm plant called Andrographis paniculata
• 90 gm of processed iron calx known as loha bhasma

Dosage:

• 1 with warm water, twice daily, or as prescribed by an ayurvedic doctor.

Due to improper diet and lifestyle, proper nutritional requirements are not met, which causes many nutrient and mineral deficiency disorders. Kalmegh navayas loha is a traditional ayurvedic herbal-mineral formulation in a tablet form. Nava means “nine” and ayas means “iron,” so this formulation contains nine ingredients in addition to Kalmegh and iron bhasma.
