Planet Ayurveda Praval Bhasma (5g)

Description: The naturally occurring mineral known as praval, also known as coral or moonga, is a natural source of calcium. It has been used as an ornament since ancient times and has also been used therapeutically to treat a number of diseases. Praval bhasma is one such natural source.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• It is prohibited to treat this bhasma on your own.
• Use this medication only after consulting a doctor.
• The side effects of praval bhasma taken in excess can be poisonous.
• Pregnancy, breast-feeding, and pediatric use of this medication are contraindicated.

Essential Elements

• Pieces of purified coral known as Shuddha Praval (Corallium rubrum).
• Various juice extracts, including that from aloe vera, the root of shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), and cow’s milk

Dosage: Following the ayurvedic physician’s instructions, take 250 mg once or twice daily, either before or after meals.

Adjuvants (Anupan): Butter, sugar, milk, honey, and ghee.
