Planet Ayurveda Sphatika Bhasma (5g)

Ayurvedic Sphatika Bhasma, also known as fitkari or alum, is a rasashastra remedy that can be used to treat a variety of ailments affecting the urinary system, female reproductive system, anorectal region, respiratory system, and more.

Dosage: after meals, in two to three divided doses, ranging from 125 mg to 500 mg (the medication must be administered with lukewarm water, honey, or cow’s ghee).
