INDICATIONS

inflammations of the serous membranes and fibrous tissues that are acute and feverish.

Gripfektan: Specific serous remedy, especially for influenza. General infection with pain in the limbs, a sense of prostration, dull headaches, restlessness, dry and burning skin, acute pains. Feverish catarrh of the mucosa of the upper air passages. Rhinopharyngitis, influenza bronchitis, pneumonia, inflammation of the serous membranes. Pleurisy. Pericarditis. Peritonitis. Irritation

Principal Ingredients’ Mode of Action

• Baptisia: The symptoms of typhus fever include mucous membrane irritation, stupor and lethargy, cold, and fever.
• Bryonia: headaches, piercing pains, serous tissue inflammation, and catarrhal fever.
• Camphora: soothing and analeptic
• Causticum: bladder sphincter weakness, hollow coughing sensation, and mucosal rawness.
• Eucalyptus: general restlessness, rapid breathing, drowsiness, stiffness in the limbs, headaches, and fever
• Eupatorium perfoliatum: Catarrhal inflammation of the upper airways with a tendency to cough and a feeling of mucosal rawness. Fever with a sensation of prostration.
• Ferrum phosphoricum: Inflammations of the upper respiratory tracts and bronchopneumonia respond well to this treatment for fever and inflammation, low pulse, and rush to the head.
• Gelsemium: headaches that won’t go away, insomnia, shivering, and hunching over.
• Sabadilla: chest stitches, a burning cold stimulus to the coughing center, and convulsive stimulation to the sneezing center

Useful hints:

10 drops in some water every 15 to 30 minutes for an acute illness with a tendency to become feverish.

* Start taking the medication every 1-2 hours with 10-15 drops as soon as the fever starts to go down (typically after 1-2 days) and you start to perspire.

* After the fever has subsided, take 10 drops in some water every two to three hours over the course of several days.

* To prevent influenza outbreaks, mix 10-15 drops of iodine in some water three to four times per day.
