Indication:

Dizziness, vertigo, unsteadiness, and a pulling sensation in one direction.

Mode of action:

• Gelsemium 6: Vertigo radiating from the occiput, head weight, excessive trembling, and limb weakness.
• Granatum Q: Vertigo that is persistent and constant, head feeling empty.
• Phosphorus 30: Numbness in the arms and legs, vertigo, and fainting that gets worse when you stand up.
• Conium 30: Vertigo that worsens with head shaking, a light noise, or other people’s conversations, especially ones that lean to the left. Vertigo that occurs when lying down, turning over in bed, turning the head sideways, or turning the eyes.
• Silicea 6: Extreme cramping and pain, as well as vertigo from looking up.
• Cocculus Ind. 6: Vertigo, which includes headaches, nausea, and the inability to adjust the eyes to moving objects, is present with the majority of mental symptoms.

Dose:
