Indication:

Fissure, stinging, or burning pain during bowel movements; Fissure, burning, or itching in the anal area; Blood stains on stools.

Mode of action:

• Acidum Nitricum (Nitric Acid) 6: Rectum feels torn, bowels are bleeding profusely and brightly, and there are fissures in the rectum in addition to constipation.
• Ratanhia Q: After stools, the anus feels suffocated, achy, and burning with sharp, sudden stitches.
• Graphites 6: Varices of the rectum, lump stool with mucus threads joined to it, itching, smarting, sore anus, and fissure of anus
• Paeonia off. Q: Burning in the anus after stools, followed by internal chilliness. Fistula ani. Biting, itching, and swollen orifice.
• Natr Mure 6: Constipation; dry, crumbling stools; burning pains; torn, bleeding anus; stitching after stools.

Dose:

10 to 15 drops three times daily in a quarter cup of water.
