Dr. Advice No. 48 (Growth) Composition (Ingredients):

• Calcium Phosphorica 30x
• Carbonica Baryta 30x
• phosphoric acid, acidum 12x
• 30x Silicea
• 30x Thuja

Indication:

Children with scrofula who are mentally and physically disadvantaged, unable to grow and develop, or both, can benefit from this remedy.

Mode of Action:

• Calcarea Phosphorica 30x: The ability to walk is not lost or learned in children.
• Baryta Carbonica 30x: Children’s memory is very weak, and they pay little attention to their studies.
• Acidum phosphoricum 12x: Walking causes the legs to tremble, and controlling the limbs is just as challenging.
• Silicea 30x: a feeling of hopelessness, sadness, and a tendency to cry.
• Thuja 30x: Dull, stupefying, weakness, and mental confusions; fixed ideas; the limbs were of glass and would break easily.

Dose:

5–15 drops in 1/4 cup of water, three to four times per day.
