The Fortege tablet is a folic acid and elemental iron-containing haematinic preparation.

Essential Ingredients’ Role:

• Iron comes from the elemental iron, which also serves as a source of energy and prevents anemia by maintaining red blood cells and transporting oxygen throughout the body.
• Folic acid is required for both children and adults to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia. It is also necessary for a number of bodily processes, including the remethylation of homocysteine and nucleotide biosynthesis. Folic acid is especially crucial during times of rapid cell division and growth.

As part of the treatment, fortege tablets are used:

• Anemia caused by a lack of nutrition during pregnancy
• weak across the board
• Anemia due to a lack of iron

USE RECOMMENDED:-

• After meals, a Fortege tablet may be ingested with water.
• Use while under a doctor’s care.
