• Tamra bhasma is a copper-based version of a hasma.
• Abhraka Bhasma: Mica that has been processed and purified
• Piper longum, or “kana,” is the fruit of this plant.
• The Borax by Tankana Bhasma
• Maricha, piper nigrum, and black pepper
• Shunti: Zingiber officinalis, Ginger Rhizome

Dosage of Vat Vidhwansan Ras

It is traditionally taken with honey, ghee, butter, etc. and is traditionally taken in doses of 250 mg once or twice daily, before or after meals, or as prescribed by an ayurvedic physician.
