About Panchtiktghrit Guggulu

Ghee is used both internally and externally as part of the Ayurvedic remedy known as Panchtiktghrit Guggulu.

Panchtiktghrit Guggulu, which is made of five main katu (bitter) herbs, is useful in the preparation of many treatments. It is frequently used externally for snehankarma and works on a variety of conditions, including skin disorders, vaata diseases, back pain, gout, osteoarthritis, wounds, and healing purposes.

Dosage

Ideally, take 5 grams twice daily with lukewarm water before meals.
