Calc Flourica 3x: Throat ache and burning from follicular soreness.

Cal Phosphorica 3x: An aching chest and a coughing fit

Ferrum Phophoricum 3x: The tonsils are swollen and red, and the throat is ulcerated.

Kali Muriaticum 3x: can hardly breathe due to swollen and inflamed tonsils.

Silicea 3x: The cervical glands swell up hard and cold and sting when you swallow.

Kali sulphuricum 3x: Coughing, which is worse at night and in a hot environment.

Directions of use of Haslab BICO 29 (Diptheria)

Adults 4 tablets, Children 2 tablets and infant 1 tablet with lukewarm water 3 to 4 times a day.: 3 to 4 times per day, adults should take 4 tablets, kids should take 2, and infants should take 1.

4–6 times daily in cases of acute illness.
