This herbal tea was developed by MD Ayurveda expert from India, who believes that controlling healthy blood sugar levels is more of an art than a science.

Dia-Plan is a program to maintain healthy sugar levels by balancing the body’s “vata” energy. It contains herbs like Fenugreek, Jamun, Tulsi, Cinnamon, Cardamom, and Green tea that are rich in bitters, natural flavonoids, polyphenols, anti-oxidants, and mostly Vata balancing herbs. Ancient Indian sages described unbalanced sugar levels as Madhumeha- the most aggravated stage

According to Ayurveda, the universe is made up of five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space; combinations of these elements produce the three doshas of Kapha, Pitta, and Vata; and all living things, including humans, are made up of these five elements as well as a soul that gives them life.

  • The seed powder from the astringent-tasting jamun (Syzigium jambolanum), also known as the Java apple, is traditionally used to maintain normal blood sugar levels.
  • Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum), which is regarded by Ayurveda as the best herb for “Angmard,” is a potent anti-vata herb. Vata is the cause of aches, pains, and fatigue that are referred to as “Angmarda” conditions.
  • Everyone in the world enjoys cinnamon’s exotic flavor and calming fragrance, which opens up the energy channels and transports one to a world of peace and tranquility. Cinnamon is scientifically known as Cinnamomum zeylanicum.
  • Green cardamom, also known as elettaria cardamomum, grows in the calm southern mountains of India. It calms Pitta and helps with digestive problems as you enjoy the exotic flavor.
  • Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), also known as holy basil, is a common herb that is grown for its spiritual and medicinal benefits. Known in Ayurveda as “Bhootghani” (remover of evil), it has the ability to naturally balance blood sugar levels and is used to make herbal teas that are both well-liked in India and the West.
  • Green Tea (Camelia sinensis) – Green tea holds a stunning reputation as a natural reservoir of anti-oxidant compounds for healthy living. There is something in the nature of tea that leads us into the world of quiet contemplation of life.
