The A24 Migraine and Neuralgia Drops are prescribed for head neuralgia, migraine, and nervous headaches.

Gelsemium Empervirens: Various parts of the body experiencing deep-seated pain and neuralgias, as well as a sore, bruised feeling throughout, particularly in the limbs, and a headache radiating from the neck or occiput to the forehead.
Sanguinaria Canadensis: Periodic sick headache that starts in the occiput, rises to the right eye, or a headache brought on by menopause or gastric discomfort.
Spigelia: A severe headache that usually radiates above or through the left eye or orbit, along with piercing, sharp neuralgias.
Iris Versicolor: Right-sided, right-to-left, all-over burning pains, a sick headache that comes on after letting off mental tension, a frontal headache accompanied by nausea and vomiting, and headache and diarrhea.
Cimicifuga Racemosa: Violent, shooting, aching pains include neuralgias and neuritis. Headaches that shoot or throb may be the result of excessive studying, stress, or a uterine condition.
Belladona: Pains: Throbbing, sharp, cutting, shooting, and clawing, of maddening severity, coming or going in repeated attacks, running downwards; Neuralgic pains that come and go suddenly.
