dosage and use

1. After 30 minutes of eating, take 2 tablets of Gandhak Rasayan twice daily with water.
2. After 30 minutes of eating, take 2 capsules of the Gleaming Skin, Hair, and Nail Formula with water twice daily.
3. Neem capsules: Take one capsule with water twice daily, 30 minutes after meals.
4. After meals, consume one teaspoon of Navkarshik Churna with plain water twice daily.
5. After each meal, take two teaspoons of Arjun Saar.
6. For best results, apply Jatyadi Tailam overnight to the area of skin that is affected.
