Description: It balances the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—and is known as Yakrit plihari loha, a traditional Ayurvedic herb-and-mineral formula.

Dosage: 125–250 mg, before or after meals, once or twice a day, as prescribed by your ayurvedic physician.

Anupan (Adjuvants): Tokra, go-mutra.

• Mercury that’s been purified, 10 gm Shuddha Parada
• Sulfur that has been purified, 10 gm
• 10 grams of loha Bhasma, an iron-based hash.
• 10 gm of purified mica known as abhrak bhasma
• Copper calx Tamra Bhasma, 10 gm
• 20 grams of Manashila (arsenic disulphide that has been purified and processed).
• Haridra (20 gm) (Curcuma longa)
• Croton Tiglium) – 20 gm Shuddha Jayapala
• 20 gm of tankan bhasma (borax calx)
• Shilajatu (20 grams of asphalt from Punjab)

Enough Juice Extract from the Following in the Following Quantity

• Baliospermum Montanum is danti.
• Operculina Turpethum, also known as trivrit
• Plumbago zeylanica, chitraka
• (Vitex negundo) Nirgundi
• Ginger and the three peppers known as trikatu
• Zingiber officinalis, also known as ardraka
• Bhringraj, an albino eclipta
