Indication:

Dyspnea, shortness of breath, breathing difficulties, heart or lung problems, severe chest tightness, or a sense of suffocation.

Mode of action:

• Senega Q: When climbing stairs, my chest feels tight and my breathing is short; I also experience dyspnea, especially when I’m resting.
• Calc Carb 6: Chest very sensitive to touch, pressure, or percussion. Sharp pains in chest going backwards in time. Yearning for fresh air.
• Apis Mel 6: feels as though he is suffocating and cannot take another breath.
• Aspidosperma Q: Lack of breath during exertion is reduced by stimulating the respiratory centers and raising blood oxygen levels.
• Arsenic A. 6: Fear of suffocation, inability to lie down, constricted airways, wheezing respiration
