Aesculus: It relieves burning in the anus with chills running up and down the back and mucous membrane that appears swollen. It has a marked effect on the lower bowel, producing engorged hemorrhoidal veins and producing the characteristic backache.

Aesculus has been used to treat circulatory system issues like varicose veins, thrombophlebitis (vein inflammation brought on by the formation of a blood clot), and ulcers. It is also effective for hemorrhoids, which are swollen, twisted veins that cause pain and bleeding in the anus and lower rectum.
