Osteoarthritis is an inflammation of the joints that can affect any joint, but it most frequently affects the knees, hips, lower back, neck, small joints of the fingers, and the bases of the thumb and big toe in people over the age of 65. Symptoms of osteoarthritis include joint pain and stiffness, cracking of the joints, and restricted joint movement.

Action of Individual Ingredients

• Arnica Mont: Joints feel as though they have been sprained or bruised, and the pain in the back and limbs is similar to that of being beaten or bruised.
• Cimicifuga Rac: Pains like electric shocks, heaviness in the lower extremities, and aching in the limbs.
• Kalmia Lat: Nearly every group of symptoms is accompanied by pains and aching in the limbs. Pains change quickly, shoot downward with numbness, and are red, hot, and swollen joints.
• Terebinth: A difficult, slow, hunched gait is accompanied by aching, itching, and pulsating pains, as well as swelling in the feet and a general sense of stiffness throughout the body.
• Ledum Pal: Joints are swollen, hot, and pale, with shooting pains in the foot and limbs, cracking in the joints, and a ball-like swelling.

Dosage
