How it works?

Milk thistle is a tall herb that can reach a height of about 10 feet and is found in many parts of the world, including the eastern United States, South America, and southern and western Europe. Its large, purplish flowers and small, hard, seed-like fruits, known as achenes, are what give it its medicinal qualities.

The concentrated silymarin extract, which is made from achenes, contains a higher concentration of 65-80% flavonolignans, flavonoids, fatty acids, and other naturally occurring plant compounds that have various regulatory effects on our metabolism. Silymarin contributes to our oxidative protection in various ways, such as-

• eliminating free radicals directly from the cellular environment by scavenging them
