Shatavari Kalpa Granules Ingredients:

• Shatavari – root of the racemosus asparagus
• Elettaria cardamomum, or Ela-Cardamom
• Sugar is Sharkara.

Shatavari Kalpa Granules uses

It is recommended in the Ayurvedic treatment of pregnancy and postpartum care of the mother. Galactogogue is also effective in the treatment of menorrhagia, irregular periods, threatened abortion, physical and mental decline, fatigue, gastric irritability, and ulcers.

Shatavari Kalpa Dose

1 to 2 teaspoons, twice daily, with milk, or as your doctor may instruct.

Side effect of Shatavari Kalpa

• Given that it contains ingredients that contain more than 50% sugar, it is not suitable for those who have gestational diabetes or diabetes mallitus.
