Petroleum: Eczema, thick, greenish crusts that itch and burn, redness that is raw and easy to bleed, constricted, dry, and very sensitive skin that is rough and cracked and leathery.
Arsenicum iodatum: Psoriasis, emaciation, and beard eczema are all symptoms that are dry, scaly, itchy, and watery.
Clematis erecta: Red, vesicular, scaly, and scabby with excruciating itchiness that is made worse by cold water washing;
Mercurius sol: eruptions that are vesicular and pustular, ulcers with amorphous, ill-defined edges,
Viola tricolor: Eczema impetigonoides of the face: intolerable itching; thick scabs that crack and exude a persistent yellow pus; eruptions, especially over the face and head, that are painful and itchy; worse at night.

Adult: 10-15 drops in lukewarm water three to four times per day, or as prescribed by a doctor.

Children: five to ten drops, three to four times per day, with a little water, or as prescribed by a doctor.
