Eschscholtzia Californica: It has been used in children for bedwetting, sleep disorders, nervous tension, and anxiety. It also acts as a tranquilizer, relieves pain, especially toothache, and is mildly antispasmodic, sedative, and analgesic.
Lupulus: Wakefulness, drowsiness during the day, trembling from nerves, and headache and dizziness.
Pasiflora Incarnata: Especially in the weak, young, and elderly, insomnia affects those who are mentally stressed, overworked, and/or infirm and is characterized by agitation and waking up.
Zincum Met: The feet move tensely while you sleep, and you may scream aloud while you’re asleep at night.

10 to 20 drops three times per day in a quarter cup of water, or as directed by a doctor
