AMALAKI RASAYANA 1.

The preparation techniques for Amalaki Rasayana capsules have drawn inspiration from the great works of our ancient Ayurveda sages like Charaka who successfully used these preparations as effective dietary supplements in ancient times. Fresh Amla (Emblica officianalis) fruit pulp is blended with many other herbs to obtain this dietary supplement known as Amalaki Rasayana. Ayurvedic texts have explained a rigorous process of preparing Amalaki Rasayana.

2. DIARRHYTHMIC SUPPORT

A natural supplement that supports healthy digestion of food, Amlaki (Emblica officianalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Vibhitaki (Terminalia bellarica), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Dhania (Coriandrum sativum), Piipali (Piper longum), and Jeerak (cuminum cyminum) are some of the herbs that make up the blend.

DOSAGE

1. Take one capsule of Amalaki Rasayana twice daily with a glass of water.
2. Two capsules of digestion support taken with a glass of water each day.
3. Heartburn capsules: Take 1 capsule with a glass of water twice daily.
4. Take one tablet of Mahashankh Vati twice daily with a glass of warm water, 10 minutes before meals.
