DOSAGE

1. Two times a day, after meals, take one teaspoon of hakam churna with plain water.
2. Take two capsules of boswellia curcumin, after meals, with a glass of water.
3. Yograj Guggul should be taken after meals twice a day, two tablets with plain water.
4. After meals, take one capsule of ashwagandha twice daily with a glass of water.
5. Twice daily, after meals, take 1 tablet of Vrihat Vatchintamani Ras with a glass of water.
6. After warming it up using the Dhanwantharam Tailam method, massage the outside of the body.
