Lashunadi vati is a multi-herbal Ayurvedic tablet used to treat dyspepsia, diarrhea, and gastroenteritis. It is produced by several Indian companies, including dabur, jiva, and others.

Ingredients

• the Lahsun variety of Allium
• Safed Jeera, or cuminum cyminum
• Sandhav lavan, or rock salt
• Shuddha gandhak, purified sulfur
• The medicinal zingiber (Sunthi)
• (Kali Maricha) Piper nigrum
• (Chhoti pippali) Piper longum
• Shuddha Hing, or pure asafetida from Ferula
• Processed with citrus limon (Nimbu swaras) aqueous extract (on a dry basis)

• Dyspepsia
• Flatulence
• stomach ache
• Inflammation of the stomach and small intestine occurs along with infectious diarrhoea in gastro enteritis.
• Indigestion

Dosage

Before meals or as directed by the doctor, take 1 tablet twice daily with lukewarm water.

Precautions

• A small amount of stomach burning could result from overdosing.
• Given that salt is an ingredient in this medication, people with high blood pressure should use caution when taking it.
• Maintain a distance from children’s eyes and reach.
• Keep in a dry, cool environment.
